Managing your personal information
Your employment details and payslips are always in your pocket. With Integrata’s application, employees can easily manage and update their personal employment information, which is transmitted in real time to payroll or HR.
An employee can update their own contact information through the application:
- Personal email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Bank account number
- Emergency contact information
In addition, employees can check the basic information of their employment relationship. Managers or other users do not have access to anyone else’s information via Integrata® Service Platform.

In the browser application, the feature can be found on the user’s profile page (top right corner).
Profile picture
By default, users receive their profile picture based on the image already used in the M365 work environment. You can also update or remove your photo if you wish. This can be done via the web profile, provided your employment information has been added to your user profile. The photo is visible to other users in the “Messages” section, specifically in messages you have posted.
