Manage your own personal information
Payslips in your pocket. With the HumHum HR app, employees can easily manage and update their besic personel details, which are then forwarded to payroll or HR.
The employee can update their personal information through the app:
- Personal email
- Telephone number
- Home address
- Bank account number
- Close relative’s information
Additionally, the employees can check the basic information of their employment. Managers or other users do not have access to or visibility of other employees’ information through Integrata® Service Platform.

In the web application, the feature can be found on the user’s profile page (top right corner).
Profile picture
By default, users get their profile picture based on the image already used in their M365 work environment. The image can also be edited or removed in HumHumi if desired. This can be done in the web profile of the application if the user’s employment information has been added. The picture will be visible to other users on the Messages section, in a message added by the user themselves.
