Holiday bonus exchange
Change request and approval
Employee can exchange accumulated holiday bonuses to vacation days during a designated time period. Managers can approve change requests from their team, if approval flow has been activated.
When a change period has been opened, employee will find the Holiday Bonus exchange request form option from their app. The same form is also available through web. The form can include guidelines given by the HR and will show your accumulated holiday bonus days.

Change request
- Employee request the chosen exchange value through the form and check for any guidelines left by HR
- Same form can be found either from the app or the web interface.
- Form will only be available during the given exchange period and if an employee has something to change
- Saved value will be transferred for approval
- If for some reason you request has been decline, employee will receive a notification including the reason for decline
Approval view
If approval flow with managers has been elected, the team manager will be notified when a new holiday bonus request from is pending approval. HR can also be set as approver, dependign on the settings given to exchange period.
- Managers can make approvals through web interface
- Approvals-feature will include all new, approved and declined request events
- You can also find other events send for approval, f.e sick leave and attachments
- Manager will be notified when something new arrives

- Manger can choose to either Decline, Return or Approve
- To ease the approval process you can select multiple requests with Select Multiple -option, when you filtering options are Status: Pending and Type: Holiday bonus exchange

Substitute settings
Manager can set a substitute for themselves during absence period. The setting can be made in the web interface.
- Find Manage substitutes -menu from under your avatar icon from the top right corner
- Substitute can be set for a set time period or until further notice
- Substitute can be another active user. If the substitute is not manager by role all the substitute actions can only be done in the web interface. No mobile’s manager feature are available in this case
- Substitute can act on behalf and will receive same notifications
- Substitute can also send attachments on behalf on absent managers team members
- Multiple substitutes can be set

Substitute setting on behalf of manager
Amdin user has access to add substitutes if the manager is unable to do it themselves.
- Access Personnel-feature and search for the manager
- Open user information, go to Substitutes for this manager
