Analytics as a Standalone Feature in the Integrata Service Platform

Leverage HR data for data-driven decision-making. The HR reporting dashboard provides valuable insights for analytics and ESG reporting.

The reporting content and user access are defined in collaboration with Integrata experts, granting browser-based access to relevant insights—without the need for a separate system.

Users with specific roles, such as Auditor or HR, can access a demo reporting package within the interface. The demo includes sample reports on:

  • Workforce structure
  • Salaries
  • Worktime
  • ESG reporting

Service Analytics

Integrata’s customers also have access to a customer-specific Service Analytics view. With the help of the report, you can drill into service data, get to know quality transparently, and mirror your service experience with the help of analytics.

You can see a summary of your service requests in Service Analytics, monitor the quality data of the payroll service and use analytics to delve into your service experience as follows:

  • As a Payroll service customer you will automatically see two reports: Messages and Salaries
  • As a System client you will have access to a Messages summary of the customer service requests made
