Integrata®Serviceplatform – With the app, sick leave certificates can be easily and securely delivered directly to payroll administration – without the hassle of printing, scanning, or emailing. Absence periods can be integrated from the app, or its features can be utilized for delivering medical certificates or other attachments.

Example process for reporting sick leave
- The employee reports sick leave through the app
- The manager receives a notification about the absence (email/push notification)
- The manager reviews the absence in the app
- The manager approves the sick leave directly in the Integrata®
- The employee receives a notification of the approval
- The certificate is transferred to Lataamo (and the absence period to the payroll system)
- HR can check the certificates from Lataamo
- Certificates are deleted from the app after 30 days
Specifications for sick leaves
The types of absences are defined according to the specific needs of the customer. The types of absences in the app are sick leaves. Other types of absences, such as vacations, cannot be reported through Integrata®.
When defining absences, it is also determined whether an attachment, such as a medical certificate, is mandatory or not.
- If the app’s functionality is used only for delivering attachments, only those types of absences for which attachments are mandatory will be opened by default.
If sick leave periods need to be transferred from the application to, for example, a payroll system, the absence types in the application must also be assigned the absence codes used in the payroll system.
The codes and details of the absence period are transmitted through the integration.
It is possible to set up an approval workflow for sick leaves and attachments, or alternatively, attachments can be sent without an approval.
- The HR role cannot be an approver, but the HR role can be granted the right to approve on behalf of the manager
- If necessary, the HR role’s visibility to medical certificates can be restricted in the app.
In addition to medical certificates, other attachments can also be submitted through the application

The attachments end up in different folders in Lataamo according to the attachment type
