Instructions for the customer’s IT team
IT Administrator consent is required to allow logins to Integrata® Service Platform using the customer organization’s Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts. The consent should be granted for both the Integrata® mobile application (available in app stores) and the serviceplatform web application (https://app.humhum.fi).
Admin consent must be given to following applications:
- Mobile app “Integrata App“
- Web application “Integrata Service Platform“
Consent can be given using the following url address:
- In both url addresses the <organization-tenant-id> must be replaced with the organization’s own Azure tenant id. This is also known as Directory id in Azure. It can be found in the Azure Portal by navigating to: Azure AD -> Overview
- 📲 Mobile app admin consent can be given using the following url address: https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Organisaation-oma-tenant-id>/adminconsent?client_id=4dbee475-aefd-48ee-aac5-a20ced8691a1&redirect_uri=https://www.integrata.fi/humhum
- 🖥 Web application (app.humhum.fi) admin consent can be given using the following url:: https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Organisaation-oma-tenant-id>/adminconsent?client_id=709a9eb1-1edb-4f88-bf9a-aa9f169d1013&redirect_uri=https://app.humhum.fi
Both addresses will first ask for a Microsoft login that must be done using an admin user account that has enough privileges for Azure AD app registrations and giving user consent on behalf of the organization.
- For the mobile app user’s username and e-mail address permission is required
- All other user admin (f.e. user roles and permissions) is done in the serviceplatform’s user interface or admin.
❗️ Please contact Integrata Oy contact person or customer support if the organization does not have any Azure AD user accounts in use. In this case an optional login setting will be implemented in Service Platform Admin, allowing user to login with their e-mail address.
