Login

Start either by logging in to the browser app by typing app.integrata.fi in the browser bar https://app.integrata.fi/ or by downloading the Integrata® Service Platform app from your phone’s app store: App Store on iPhone,  Google Play app stores on Android devices. 💻/📲

On your browser’s login page, you’ll find two login options. Please check which one your company uses: 

• On your Microsoft account = AD credentials 
• With your email = email sign-up 

Email registration is enabled via a separate setting, it is not on by default. Please note that when logging in for the first time, you will need to register, after which your email address will serve as your username. 

• On the login page, you can also find a language selection if necessary. 

Log in to the application with your organization’s SSO credentials, i.e. the same credentials you use to log in to your work email, for example. The username can also be an email address if you have enabled email registration.

Your user role dictates the functions available to you in the application. You can learn more about the different user roles here. Please inform the Integrata team if your organization’s user roles require any modifications. Admin users can also modify their users roles.

The permission setup for using the Integrata® Service Platform is linked to the organization’s own Entra ID credentials, and the permissions have been configured accordingly. The guidelines for setting up the permissions for your organization’s IT department can be found in here.

If your organization does not have EntraID credentials set up or if permissions cannot be configured for another reason, email registration can be implemented as an alternative.
