Instructions for the customer’s IT team
IT Administrator consent is required to allow logins to Integrata® Service Platform using the customer organization’s Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts. The consent should be granted for both the mobile application (available in app stores) and the Service Platform web application (https://app.integrata.fi).
Following applications must have consent:
- Mobile app “Integrata App“
- Web application “Integrata Service Platform“
- API App “Integrata Service Platform API”
Consent can be given using the following url address:
- In both url addresses the <organization-tenant-id> must be replaced with the organization’s own Azure tenant id. This is also known as Directory id. It can be found by navigating to: Microsoft Entra ID -> Overview
- 📲 Mobile app admin consent can be given using the following url address: https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Organisaation-oma-tenant-id>/adminconsent?client_id=4dbee475-aefd-48ee-aac5-a20ced8691a1&redirect_uri=https://www.integrata.fi/humhum
- 🖥 Web application (app.integrata.fi) admin consent can be given using the following url:: https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Organisaation-oma-tenant-id>/adminconsent?client_id=709a9eb1-1edb-4f88-bf9a-aa9f169d1013&redirect_uri=https://app.integrata.fi
Both addresses will first ask for a login that must be done using an admin user account that has enough privileges for app registrations and giving user consent on behalf of the organization.
- For the mobile app user’s username and e-mail address permission is required
User Admin
User management and access levels are maintained in the system.
If organisation wishes to limit login access to specific user groups, set Entra-settings so that per needed application “Assigment required = YES”. User groups should not be maintained through Integrata Service Paltform API, but if chosen to do so, an existing role must be used, f.e. HumHumInternalEndUser.
Login without Microsoft Enra ID?
❗️ Please contact Integrata Oy contact person or customer support if the organization does not have any Microsoft Entra ID user accounts in use. In this case an optional login setting will be implemented in Service Platform Admin, allowing user to login with their e-mail address.
