Company link page

All necessary links can be collected under the Company link page -feature. Links can direct users to needed web pages or they can be applied as links to forms on other platforms.

This feature is available and it can be customized to fit into your organization. The functionality is maintained by the Admin-role, who will be able to make all modifications and additions.

  • Feature can be named as needed, by default it is called “Forms”
  • All links are shown to all company’s users
  • Linking can be piled as a Link group, and each group can be named separately
  • Link specific description can be given
  • A created link-button will open the url-link to a second web tab
  • The link site is also available on mobile. It opens in a separate browser tab when the user selects the link button
  • Language versions can be set to each field (FI/EN/SE)

New link group

Admin-user can open a new link group.

  1. First time setting up the feature, give it a name, that fits to your environment. Name can be changes by the headline with the modify option.
  2. Choose Create link group and name new group accordingly. Remember to give translations!
  3. From the Modify link group press New link, give the link necessary details: Name, url and description.

When saved the links are available for personnel.

Admin user can modify all existing link groups with the pen-symbol.
