Documents
Integrata Service Platform can be used for the delivery of different documents needed in payroll or HR. App will make the delivery securely and by following the selcted approval flow.
In addition to sick leave certificates employees can also deliver other types of documents through the Integrata app. Automation will remove approved documents after 30 days.
Document types are opened as needed, for example:
- Sick leave certificate
- Employment document
- Trade union certificates
- Reserve training document
Each document can be given a unique name, approval flow, instructions and visibility.

What name the employee can see as an document option?
Approval flow can be one of the following:
- Without approval
- Manager’s approval
- HR’s approval
- Two-tier approval: from manager to HR
