Integrata® AI will give reply suggestions based on implemented settings in chosen message categories, documents and to accepted recipients. Utilization of any given text suggestion is up to the current user with the appropriate user role.

Documentation
When implementing Integrata® AI with Integarata’s specialist, all document setup related specifications are set.
- What document package is set to give answers to which message category?
- How often ar the documents updated?
Documentation can be system manuals, general guidelines or for example general agreement related materials.
- Allowed document file types: .pdf, txt., .md, .html, .docx, .pptx ja .xlsx
New message
If a message category has been setup to give AI reply suggestions, the Integrata® AI will automatically start working on a new opened conversation:
- User opens a new conversation by sending a question.
- In few seconds Integrata® AI will give a suggested reply based on given documents.
- The reply suggestion will only be visible for recipients, for example HR.
- Under the suggested reply is a list of sources and links to the specific parts of documentation with which the AI has formed answer.
- The recipient can choose to decline or to make use of the suggested reply.
- With the option Use as Message template, the text can be brought to text editor.
- Alternatively with the Decline-option you can log that this suggestion was not usable, and with the logged information AI usability can be reported.
- Before sending the HR user can modify the final text.


Continuing conversation
If a conversation is continued by the original starter, the recipient can choose to use the AI again.
Under the latest message can be seen the option Send the message thread to the AI service, which will start the process anew.
